"I understand that it is private property and that they are within their rights to say no firearms, but are they legally able to confiscate my firearm? I don't plan on going there anymore because I don't like to support anti-gun supporters, it just doesn't seem legal to me though that they could confiscate a firearm."

Now, if it's private property and they are within their rights to say no to guns then aren't they within their rights to say no to Irish, strate men, and blonde chicks with big boobs? Aren't they within their rights to surround their facility with flights of stairs that go to 14 risers without a landing and no ramp in sight? Do they not have the right to sit on those steps smoking a giant stogie drinking Coke straight from the 2 litre bottle and telling all y'all to bleep the bleep off?

If you tried to take THEIR gun, wouldn't they shoot you? How come they get to take your gun? Seems weird to me.
