Jason Bowles, who represented Ryin Reese, called the prosecution an "attack on the Second Amendment by the current administration. They are going against gun dealers, gun ownership and gun possession."
Terri Reese, 45, cried and hugged Remington when the verdict was read. Rick Reese, 55, and both of his sons have been jailed since their arrest last August. Terri Reese was released on bond three months ago. Attorneys said they would move to have Remington Reese released immediately. |

History chl featured Richard Celata (kt ordnance) in the montana part of it's state history segment, in which it mocked TX & the host seemed troubled with many freedom aspects/concepts. Richard makes 80% receivers & had atf show up in 6 big black SUVs, with sev. snipers on a hill overlooking his biz, & helos overhead (!) Even host flabbergasted. A small bald suspendered guy alone in his shop, goes online, then gets nailed:you had to watch it to get a sense of the laughability
