You are not in custody. The Nazis have no authority to take you into custody. Why in the world would you go in for voluntary 'processing'?

So much is wrong here. ARRESTED for a traffic MISDEMEANOR? She's on medication to prevent migraines, and the cops waited months to submit a blood sample for testing?
I hope she wins the lawsuit and people lose their jobs. For their own protection.
